Job Description:
As an Assembly Worker in Barneveld, you’ll be responsible for performing light assembly tasks on basic products such as cameras, monitors, and cables. You’ll work in a team of around 10 colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process together.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, during day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00, alongside your regular teammates in a modern and clean work environment. You’ll carry out your tasks following clear instructions and set timeframes. You’ll also inspect and assess the work from the previous production step using measuring instruments and tools. In addition, you’ll prepare semi-finished products and assemble the final items (for example, by gluing, resin casting, sealing, or soldering).
The work is not physically demanding and is performed using precision tools and aids. You’ll use tools, machines, and protective equipment correctly, and ensure a tidy workspace. Safety and compliance with occupational health and safety (ARBO) regulations are top priorities.
No prior experience is required, but a VMBO-level (secondary vocational education) working and thinking ability is expected. You must speak at least English (Dutch is a plus, as it helps with instructions and communication). After 9 months, there’s a chance for a permanent contract, and you’ll receive an additional 4.98% ADV allowance on top of your salary.
