Job Description:
As an order picker, you are responsible for sorting packages, scanning, and packing and unpacking boxes. You make sure the packages follow the correct route within our warehouse. During your first few months, you’ll be working daily at the conveyor belt, making sure the packages land on the right transport belt or in the correct delivery van. You work three shifts with a weekly rotation: 14:30 till 23:00 PM, 17:30 till 01:00 AM and 23:00 till 07:00 AM.
To help you get off to a good start, you’ll begin with a practical on-site training: Smart Handling. This is our own onboarding process where you’ll quickly learn all about our procedures, safety measures, and teamwork in the warehouse.
After your onboarding period, we’ll look at which area within the warehouse suits you best. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, for example into a forklift driver or even a team leader role. Despite our size, we value personal attention—and above all, we want to make sure you're happy in a fun and supportive team.

What we offer:
- A salary of € 2798,16 per month based on full-time employment
- 8% holiday allowance and additional vacation days that increase with your age
- Travel reimbursement of € 0.23 per kilometer
- Year-end bonus of approximately € 90 per month.

- You speak Dutch or English
- You’re willing to follow an (online) Awareness Dangerous Goods course after a successful tour
